Branding
The Ace Level name, logo, and visual identity are our property. You may not use our branding without written permission, except for nominative fair use (such as linking to our site or mentioning us by name).
DMCA & Copyright Infringement
We take copyright infringement seriously. If you believe content on Ace Level infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice.

Your notice must include the following:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The URL(s) on Ace Level where the infringing material appears.

We will review valid notices promptly and remove infringing material.
Counter-notification
If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification. It must include:

- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the US, any judicial district where Ace Level may be found) and your agreement to accept service of process from the party who filed the original DMCA notice.
- Your name, address, email, and physical or electronic signature.
Send counter-notifications to: [email protected]
Repeat infringers
We terminate accounts of repeat copyright infringers.
Legal Requests & Compliance
We take legal requests seriously. We comply with valid legal processes, including subpoenas, court orders, and lawful government requests.
If we receive a legal request for your data, we will:
- Review it to ensure it is valid and not overbroad.
- Notify you where legally permitted, so you can challenge the request.
- Push back on requests that are vague, overbroad, or non-compliant with applicable law.
We only disclose data that is legally required, nothing more. In emergencies involving imminent risk of serious harm, we may disclose information as permitted by law without waiting for formal legal process.
All legal requests: [email protected]
User Content & Data
You own the data you provide to Ace Level, such as bookmarks and account information. We process it only to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership over your data, and we will not sell it.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process, store, and display your data to operate the Service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ace Level, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your access to or use of the Service.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
- Any content you submit or transmit through the Service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied:
- Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
- Warranties that the content on Ace Level is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. The Service provides educational material, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for official course specifications, professional advice, or examination guidance.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ace Level, its operators, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims related to the Service will not exceed what you paid us in the past 12 months. Since Ace Level is currently free, this amount is zero.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your profile, sessions, connected accounts, and bookmarks are permanently removed within one hour, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, harm other users, or are required by law.
Upon termination, the following sections survive: Intellectual Property & Copyright, DMCA & Copyright Infringement, Indemnification, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change. Review this page periodically. Using Ace Level after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
For material changes, we will notify you by email or a notice on the site.
Governing Principles
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Ace Level is not yet incorporated, so no specific governing jurisdiction is designated. This will be updated upon formal incorporation. In the interim, disputes will be resolved in good faith by contacting us below.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent needed to make it valid.
